With Neu Luft's or a third party's overall project containing all the necessary definitions for implementation in hands, we can offer our client the management of the installation at previously defined administration rates. This type of service includes: management of the physical and financial planning, outsourcement under the client's final approval, inspections, logistics, assembling, start up, certification and qualification (when required). Such procedure aim to reduce unnecessary costs and to optimize investments, once it avoids double taxation, such a process ensured by the excellent partnerships we have developed in the market with equipment, raw material and labor suppliers for installation implementation. The main goal is to provide our costumer lower time value of money for new projects investments and the best technical result within the pre-defined budget and schedule; It includes previous technical and financial alternative analyses to choose the best ones that will not jeopardize the client’s required results, even if they will imply in basic design modifications. We
can offer installations at "settled prices", as long as
the payment conditions allow us a positive cash flow in order to
avoid financial costs.
